Time has a funny way of doing things to sores, cuts and bruises. Frist the aflected area hurts and stings everytime you move, be it a twisted or some sort of major movment. Then slowly the pain subsides and it goes numb although our minds remeber that pain that was cuased by those movements, and even though it no longer hurts, you see it and are cuatious everytime you turn around or move. When you look at the sore or scap the pain is recalled. Then finally the scap starts to push off the new skin which has been growing under the old skiin which no longer belongs. Again we as people look at this and still remeber the pain and hurt we went through when contracting the wound, so wetry and pull the old woulds away but know if we rush things that deeper and more memory driven scars will show. Soon enough the day comes and the skin just falls off the body perhapes it fell off two days prior you really never noticed and soon you remeber the pain but you no longer care about it but keep it locked firmly in your mind so it would hopefully never happen again.

The Human emotional and physcological state is much the same. Although grant it the time of healing may not be weeks, but the process is still the same. My friend whom they know who they are has a large scap on their emotional soul and I am sure that there are people that keep telling her to pick off the scap and move on but I say let the scap fall and remeber it but turn away from it and never look back once it does fall.

Work is going well Over time streams and body aches but time is money and I am always happy to put the time in. There are people that I work with that insitanly bitch about the crapy work and the low pay and how thy are either

A: going to quite

B: Only going to work as hard as they thing that $7.00 is worth.

Now what these people do not seem to realize is that work is work some is crapy and some is really crapy but all work is crapy for what you get paid for to start. Also I belive that these people do not realize that the harder you work for less pay the better chance that you can have of getting more money, more often. Why is this some people ask, well that is becuase companies want people willing to work hard no matter the situation. I have Employee A and B Employee A works his ass off for $6.50 while Employee B only puts forth 45% of her effort becuase in her mind that is all $6.50 is worth. I am more willing to give employee A more raises more often than I would B.
I guess these people that are like Employee B have never been poor, never had a homeless week, never had a wellfair christmas. These people have always had money or things given to them or presented to them on a plater or with out much effort. Regardless they bother me to no end people need to get a clue and a grip on life. You are an adualt now and not a kid your parents don't pay the bills any longer GROW UP!!!
